Receiving duplicate emails

Hi!

My users use Outlook 2003 and we have a Merak POP3 server. Sometimes some
users get duplicate emails. They can be receiving from 2 to 15 copies of an
email. Any ideas about how troubleshoot this?

I have a user with the same problem. Need a solution as well.
