What type of account? What version of Outlook?

Let me see if I understand. You forward a message to name1@domain1,
name2@domain2, and name3@domain3 and when you send you get a copy in the Inbox
as well? Who is your ISP?

Yes that is correct and my ISP server is Clearwire

Some mail providers do copy the sender automatically or utilize the Inbox as a
Sent Items folder. Does something similar happen if you send a message via
your mail provider's web interface? Does the copy to you get downloaded from
the server like it's a new message? I don't think this is an Outlook issue.
I think your mail provider is making the copy.
