My office is attempting to share calendars in Outlook
2000. I have successfully received a calendar, however,
the calendar is blank. None of the sender's appointments
have arrived with the calendar. Can you advise me? Thanks.

Are you using Exchange?

Please provide the exact steps you took which you expected would send the
Calendar

(I changed my reply address; remove all CAPS and _underscores_ from the
address when mailing)

I have the same problem. I do not have exchange but set
the sharing to external e mail addresses. (I have a mix
of outlooks on my system, mostly 2000 - the machines that
want to share the calendar- but a couple of 2003, which I
was told do not support internal mail).

I went to the calendar I wanted to share and used the
wizard, sending out the e mails with the invites so to
speak, and yes, I did the bit that allowed the accept
buttom to appear. The others accepted. What is odd is
that the updates of my calendar are being sent out, and
are being received, but the calendar is still blank on
the recipient's address.

This is on XP pro

Is it becasue I am not using exchange server? If
