Receiving but not able to send messages??

Hello,

I have no problem downloading my message from Netscape, using the new
Windows Mail for Vista. However, I have not been able to reply to a single
message once it is downloaded to Windows Mail?

Please help me with this exasperating situation.

I'm sure you'll find lots more help if you post into a newsgroup that
deals with this kind of problem. This is not it, I'm pretty confident to
say.

Try posting your message to a group with "windows" or "windows mail" or
"vista" in the description. The windows newsgroups are at the bottom of the
dropdown list. This is a .Net Programming newsgroup.
