I'm receiving an harmful files warning pop up window when I open every ppt file, I
have a roaming profile that is on a server, and I get this notice everytime I click
to open a powerpoint file. Is there a setting that needs to be corrected? Please
help!
Usually the title bar of the warning message gives you some idea of where the
warning's coming from. It's probably not PowerPoint.
Where are you when you click on the PPT files to open them? Desktop, Windows
Explorer, Internet Explorer, inside another PPT presentation ... ....???
Do you have an antivirus program running? Try disabling it temporarily to see if
that changes things.
