Received mail notification in Outlook 2007

I am very satisfied with the performance of Outlook 2007, except I would
like to set it up so I would be notified of incomming mail with a voice,
such as "you got mail". Is it possible, and how?
 
That's a Windows setting in Control Panel, Sounds. Under Windows Sounds,
choose one for New mail Notification.
