Received Faxes

Hi,
For some reason one month ago my "Received Faxes" folder quit receiving
faxes.

I can print faxes with no problem but they are not going to my received
faxes folder.

I am running XP home.
I run the hp officejet 6100 all-in-one.

All settings on the HP are set to keep a copy on file but it doesn't do it.
any suggestions?

Are there any events being logged in the event viewer. If yes please send
the details.

Is the "Received Faxes" folder you are referring to your own folder?
In any case all your received faxes are stored at :
%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Inbox
