receive outlook email problem after switch to comcast business internet

I was just switched over to business comcast and have had residential comcast for 3 years. I lost the ability to receive emails using outlook (outgoing still works) after the switch. I get the error 0x800ccc90. What has to be changed in my settings to allow me to receive email using outlook?

Post this over to the public.outlook.general newsgroup . This newsgroup is for
Windows Mail. Make sure you that you include your Outlook version and the COMPLETE
error message as per verbatim
