We have a conference room/s x 3 that require dates to be booked. We just
converted from Groupwise and we could schedule the dates our committees meet
periodically during the summer. I know in outlook you can do reaccuring
every Tueday etc but not August 23, September 2nd etc for scheduled dates...
Any help much appreciated.

Not possible - you have to schedule the dates individually when you have no
recurrence pattern.

Hi TurboT

I came up against a similar problem with school resources.

My solution was to write an Excel macro to do the bookings.

You enter the bookings on an Excel spreadsheet, then run the macro.

The macro produces an iCalendar file which can be imported int
everyone's
Outlook calendar.

Let me know if you want further information.

I was wondering how to do this too. If you could explain this it would be very helpful. Thank you.
