If you don't have the email in your "sent items", or if you don't have a copy of the email, I don't think you can recall your sent email. (assuming your using a pop3 email server) You might check your web-based mail and see if its there.
Whose mail server? Your company's Exchange server (via VPN)? Recall is
supposed to work via POP3 by the Outlook user sending a special recall
message but it requires that the recipient also be using Outlook. The
recipient must also read the special recall message *before* they read
the original message. However, even when both sender and recipient are
using Outlook, recall via special message through POP3 doesn't work.
Recall *may* work when connecting an Exchange server but only if sender
and recipient are within the same Exchange organization.
