I have a recall message that causes a crash everytime it
is opened. If left in the Inbox of an Exchange server,
the item will cause a crash without opening it.
We are using Outlook 2000 SP3 (9.0.0.6627), and Exchange
2000.
I'd say it is a nice bug for Microsoft to get their hands
on, but I have no idea who to send it to.

I've opened the e-mail in XP, OL2K, and it does not crash
the system. But I don't think my OL2K is SP3..

How do I recall a message in OL 2000

Open the message and choose the Recall command from the Tools menu. Be aware that this probably won't work and may even embarrass you.
