Recall Emails

With my Outlook email I could recall a message that had already been sent and
it would delete the message in the inbox of everyone it was sent to if they
had not read it. If they had read it, it would send a message letting them
know that the email was no longer valid.

Is there a way to do this with Windows Mail???
