Hi Roady,
How are you, Hope you are in good health.

How can I recall a message, even if a recipient read the
message ?
(message send from outlook 2000, Client version of outlook
is 97,98,2000,xp)

Thanks and Regards

You can't. Recalling a message is not very effective for
the most part. Even if it hasn't been read, the other person
will usually be asked (via a progam message) if they wish
to allow you to recall it. Then they can click yes or no.
Very rarely someone has auto processing turned on so
high that it will simply yank the message from their mailbox
and return it to you.

Hi Anver,

I'm good thank you. Just finished some technical restyling on my site. I
hope you are in good health as well.

You can't recall a message already read. If the message already is read why
don't you just mail the person again to tell that the previous message is no
longer valid? It will only confuse the recipient if the message goes "lost"
and still thinks the message applies.

Please note that recalling only works in when you are in the same Exchange
environment as the recipient and when the message hasn't been read yet. It
is said that Outlook 2003 can do this even outside your own Exchange
environment if the other mailserver supports that you taking you're own
messages out of someone elses mailbox. I haven't tested this myself yet.
