Recalculating links question

When I recalculated links directly in FrontPage on my home computer, it
didn't help getting my pages published to the host site. However, when
I logged into the FP Extensions category on my account with the host and
recalculated there, it seemed to help because the timeout message
stopped showing up when trying to publish.

Was this just a fluke, or should I always be recalculating hyperlinks at
the host account instead of my own computer?

You should do both .. always recalcualte before publishing (saves doing it
after every edit if you edit several times before publishing) ... and for
maintainance you should it once a week at least if you frequently
publish....

When your using shared borders this increases publishing times .. better to
use include pages.

good hosts don't have that many timeouts..
