My computer will just automatically reboot. I don't have to be doing
anything in particular and it is not at any particular time. Can anyone give
me any suggestions? Thank you.
Debbie

Check Event Viewer for errors. Check Device Manager for error codes and or
non-starting devices.

If it starts consistently rebooting only some time after it's been used,
it might be the processor overheating. Check to see if its fan is
working. Else it might be a faulty power supply unit if it happens
anytime. Check the fan for this too. Alternatively if you have recently
had hardware installed, that might be the cause. But I'd eliminate the
first 2 suspects to begin with.

I checked the event viewer and there are quite a bit of errors and warnings
under application and system. Nothing showed in the device manager. What do
I do about the errors and warnings? Thanks.

When you view the logged events in Event Viewer (double-click them in the
right-hand pane) in the upper right corner, third button down is a copy to
clipboard, then you can paste in the body of a reply message.

Please do so for each of the different System Log events (that are a Type:
'Error' or 'Warning') since last boot so we can see all of the event detail.

It rebooted while I was away from it for an hour. What is a bugcheck? Some
program I am running? Thanks.
