K Kent_dieGo Nov 28, 2003 #2 Go into BIOS setup, usually by holding delete or F1 or F2 key at startup. Experiment with memory settings in BIOS. If you have two memory modules, take one out to isolate bad one. Move present RAM module to new slot. Use memtest86 to test RAM. -Kent
