rebooting a computer?!

My computer has not been working well these days and I
wanted to rebooted it but I have no idea how to do so.

I was hoping someone could possible help me, it would be
great.

Are you sure you are using the correct term? Rebooting the system is simply
a term for restarting something done as follows, go to Start, select Turn
off computer and then click Restart, that reboots the system.
