Using MSFT Wiz Backup... backing my hard drive to a new folder on my C drive
or a new folder to another internal Hard drive .... Is it possible to reboot
Win XP2 Pro from the good hard drive, in case of crash/dissaster and survive?

try Acronis TrueImage
It will clone your present HD to another HD and be bootable.
