reboot after shutdown

everytime i like to shutdown my PC it reboots again. My
mistakereport tells me that this file:
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\D atabase\HCdata.edb is maybe
damaged. Any idea how to repair or.... ??? I`m free for
anything that might help solving my prob.

I found the mistake in Microsoft`s knowledgebase.
Software from Roxio (EasyCD Creator or Vidiopack 5.0) was
causing my prob. After the uninstall my system works fine
again.
