J Jupiter Jones [MVP] Jun 30, 2004 #2 Bill; Disconnect the network cable. Does it still restart? If so go to BIOS and look for something like "Wake on LAN" or "Wake on ring", normally under Power tab. Disable them. Otherwise: http://www.aumha.org/a/shtdwnxp.htm
