Reboot after a bugcheck

When I run CPU/memory intensive programs such as a virus scan the screen will
go black and it will reboot. I looked through the system logs and found this
error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c
(0x00000001, 0x8054d570, 0xb2000000, 0x00000115). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini071508-03.dmp.

Can anyone help with this? My first thought was bad memory?
