Rebar/Coolbar for .NET

Is there a way to use the Rebar common control or the MFC CReBar(Ctrl) in an managed .NET environment using C#? Or is there a Microsoft Rebar ActiveX present on a default system that can by used by COM interop? I have searched such a component using OleView, but I have not found it.
