Reapplying Patches after SP

If a W2K PC running SP2 and all current patches has SP4
applied, which only contains up to MS03-025 in the SP,
will all the patches beyond MS03-025 need to be reapplied
again? Did the SP overwrite file versions from newer
patches with older?

No, patches not included in the service pack will still be installed.
