I noticed that with the anti-spyware realtime protection
running, if I right-click on a file, such as a vbscript
or file, and do an "Open with Notepad" or "Edit", it the
realtime will prompt me to Allow or Block. If I choose
Allow, instead of opening with notepad, it will actually
run the script.
This has the potential to cause some huge problems if
this is a script that should not be running.
I know that I can rename it first to .txt or whatever,
but is this a known problem with plans to be fixed?
Thanks.
