Here's what we want to do.
We want to "simulcast" a pre-recorded video recording at
the same time the live on-site event is being held.
However, we do not want to have to broadcast from a
remote client encoder, but rather want to store the WMA
file on the server for actual real-time broadcast closely
syncronized with the event. We do NOT simply want to link
the file on a page so anyone clicking will start from the
beginning -- rather we want any late stragglers to click
and come in at the same point the rest of the viewers are
at.
How do we configure WM Server to accomplish this?
