RealTek Video update not found

I started my computer up and received a message that my system recovered from
a serious error. The microsoft data base said I needed to download an update
for my Realtek audio (RtkHDAud.sys) but I cannot find this download on the
website. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.
