Realplayer Problems

I have just downloaded Realplayer on Windows XP because
that is how the music is encrypted but a message informed
that I couldn't use it because I didn't have the
pncrt.dll file. So, I downloaded that from www.dll-
files.com but XP still says it doesn't have it. What
should I do next?

If the music is encrypted you will need an 'key' to unlock it. Try the
RealPlayer website FAQ's to see if you can fix the problem. Does it work on
WMP ?
