When I click on url like "rtsp://.../xxx.rm", RealPlayer 10 pops up to play
the media from my laptop. But when I click on the same url in my desktop, IE
display "can't open the page". Both my laptop and desktop have XP and
RealPlay 10 installed. Any idea what's wrong with my desktop?

Hi chris :-)

You don't mention which version of IE or Windows you have, but, try the
following and see if it helps:

Find your way to this folder: C:Program Files>Real>RealPlayerSetup and click
on the file: r1pclean.exe. This will uninstall real player. You may see a
message telling you it can't do it, but, after clicking that away it should
carry on and uninstall. After that you could go to: Then scan with SpyBot
here,:
SpyBot Search & Destroy

download, install and immediately update, then run the scan. Afterward,
then reinstall RP10

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps
