REALLY NEED HELP - NOW - NEED HELP NOW! PLEASE!

Is this a support forum? I cant get any support!

I really need help as soon as possible please help! I
have 2 accounts on my XP computer. 1 administrative, and
1 limited.

The 1 administrative Internet connection thing still
works. But the limited does not. I changed the limited to
a adminsitrative and now it will at least load the
internet page but, the following error comes up with it:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

"Runtime error"

"Program: C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/ie..."

Please help - Im really desperate!!
