REALLY DUM MISTAKE

THIS IS PROBABLY THE DUMIEST QUESTION I PERMANTLY DELETED MY PICTURES FOLDER
WILL I HAVE TO REINSTALL WINDOWS FOR THIS FOLDER TO COME BACK I MAY BE INTO
THE WRONG FORUM BUT IF SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN ANSWER THIS GREAT THANKS
 
Reinstalling Windows will not get this folder back. Try a system restore if
you have Windows XP _ Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System
Restore then follow instructions. If this dosen't work you will need a
software program to recover deleted files. There are free undelete programs.
Try to recover them as soon as possible before other data is written over
them.

Did you check your Recycle Bin
to see if you could restore the file?

Thank you for the help I did half to renistall my windows completely. I
didnt have the System Restore on.
