Really annoying problem...

I'm finding that whenever I attempt to open a file, or multiple files at once, before the files will open (for example opening a picture in Photoshop) I will get the "Move To..." Dialogue box asking me where I want to move the file, and when I cancel out of that, I get the "Copy To..." box asking me where I want to copy the file, and when I close out of that, it FINALLY opens the program associated with the file... Does anyone know what the heck is going on with my posessed little computer?

This is, when you added "Copy To" and "Move To" entries to the context
menus of folders. Remove the entries from the Registry at
Hkey_Classes_Root\AllFilesystemObjects\Shellex\ContextMenuHandlers.

This might be late, but I had the same problem. Fixed it by doing this:
start>run>type regsvr32 /i shell32.dll.
