Real Time Protection

I've been really impressed with MS Antispyware... it has
found a few insidious things like bargain buddy, apropros &
winstat that Ad-aware never spotted!
However, the following day, despite having the real time
agents active, apropros & winstat were back again. I'm
curious to know why the real time agents don't spot this as
it took a further scan to find and remove them (again)...
any clues?
 
Try restarting your machine in safe mode, and doing a full, deep scan.

I suspect that, rather than sneaking by the real-time protection, in fact,
the cleaning was incomplete and these guys are still resident.

Safe mode may well get them removed properly.
