Hi All,
With Real Time Protection enabled I frequently open a (not used earlier)
program and sure the Protection popup appears asking for 'Allow' or not.
When I click allow, the popup disappears and the program I selected closes.
I have to select it a second time to stay open and active. This happens with
program selection thru icon selection, in the Explorer and in a Command Box.
When it opens on the first 'Allow', which sometimes happen, the preselected
Icon-properties are not met. It opens the selected program in a window size
that I cannot create otherwise. Opening it a second time however it's back
to standard setup properties. Is did normal behaviour or a bug?
Opa.

This does not sound like normal operation--it makes me wonder whether you
have something else opening with every program?

If you look at tools, advanced tools, system explorers,
shellexecutehooks--what entries do you see?

Hi Bill,
I see:
1. URL Exec Hook and path to Shell32.dll
2. Microsoft.AntiSoyware.ShellExtesion and path to ShellExtension.dll
Both are 'known....'
The problem as such does not bother too much. A re-click opens the
program(s) normally from there on. I was only wondering?
Greetings, Opa
