Real-Time Protection

The Real-Time protection feature of the program doesn't
seem to load at start up although there is a check mark
in the box next to where it needs to be enabled in the
settings' area of the program's options.
 
Is this in the System Tray? Start MSAS, right click on its icon in the
Windows System Tray > select "Security Agent Status > Enable Realtime
Protection.
 
When I restart my computer after I have manually shutdown MAS, Real-Time
Protection is disabled. This has happened a few times and I do not always
notice it. Any comments?

Ahh, thats why, when you manually shut down it deactivates the Real-Time
protection. This is some what of a known issue, you have just manually
re-enable it.
