Real-Time Protection

I have installed and re-installed AntiSpyware and I
cannot get my real-time protection to work. I uninstalled
my ZoneAlarm and tried reinstalling AntiSpy, but still
could not get Real-Time Protection to work. I have it
installed on my LapTop and all functions work great, but
cannot get it to operate peoperly on my desk top.

Any error information? Any errors appear in the System Log in the Event
viewer? And/or Application Log?
Have you scanned the system in the safe mode (to eliminate possible threats
that prevent MSAS from proper functioning)? Have you scanned the system
using other antitrojan/antispyware tools (again - in the safe mode, to
eliminate them if any reside in your system)?
