Real-time Protection Notification

I hope someone can help me I have installed Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet
Security 2006 I scan for viruses and there are none but I keep getting a pop
up saying ""Incident name: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\RLVKNLG.EXE Detection name:
SPYW MARKTSCOR.H". What is gong on? Please Help

You have malware on your computer. Here are Symantec's manual removal
