real time protection/ internet proxy set/ multi accts

We have three computers. MSAS is working fine on two
computers, but I can't get the Real Time Protection to
work on the third computer. When I try to send an error
message, I get check the Internet Proxy Settings. I
don't know how to do that.

This computer has three user accounts, XP Professional
Micosoft Windows, and Norton Internet Security.

Any suggtions about how to resolve this problem?

Check under Real time Protection > Internet Agents > "Internet Proxy Server"
and ensure that it is not deactivated checkpoint.
 
The checkpoint is deactivated and the page won't let me
activate it.

Do you know how to activate the checkpoint?
 
The "Activate checkpoint" button under "CheckPoint Details" won't allow you
to activate it?
Give this a try:
Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.

If that does not work try uninstalling/reinstalling Microsoft AntiSpyware.
