Real Time Protection Deactivated

My Real Time Protection keeps deactivating. When I try
to Re-Activate nothing happens or it allows to activate
but deactivates minutes later. I have run the Spyware
Scan several times over the last 2 days and continue to
catch/correct the same threats:
SearchMiracle.EliteBar Browser Plug-in
Trojan.Downloader.KavSvc Trojan Downloader
Trojan.pokapoka62 Trojan

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
