Real Time cookie blocking

In general I have a positive assessment of the program:
it is certainly a significant step in the right
direction. I have been using Lavasoft Ad-Watch and there
are differences that I am not clear on. Both programs
are set to block 3rd party Cookies/Tracking cookies. Ad-
Watch logs cookie tracking events, but I've received no
cookie blocking events in Microsoft Anti-Apyware (MSAS).
And yes, I have closed down Ad-Watch while testing MSAS.
This lack of cookie blocking events in MSAS is puzzling.
Any thoughts?
 
During the beta, cookie detection is disabled.
