Real-time agents and system explorers not available

I installed MSAS with no apparent installation-time error on 3 systems
running XP SP2. However, on one of these systems, the state of the real-time
agents appears to be very confused. The only available checkpoint is
"Window's Host File Agent" under "Internet Agent Checkpoints." No potential
checkpoints are displayed under "System Agents" or "Application Agents." On
my other PCs, where everything appears normal, the "Windows Host File"
checkpoint shows up under the system agent checklist and there are a total
of 59 checkpoints.

In addition, in "Advanced tools: System Explorers" the "System Explorers"
panel does not display any tools.

Each time I try to access one of these broken feature, a couple more lines
are added to the errors.log file. Here are the current contents of this
file:

I believe someone else reported a similar problem but I couldn't find their
post just now.

You aren't the only one seeing these symptoms--I've seen at least one, and
perhaps more--other.

I don't know of any resolution--I don't see any specific file-related errors
in the log--although the out-of-memory notation in the first entry may be
significant, I don't know what do do with that information.

You might read in the .install group--that may be where I've seen some
similar posts.

If you search these groups on the author "steve dodson" you will see much of
the Microsoft input into this kind of issue--so if he has had suggestions in
relation to this issue, you'd probably catch those threads--either here or
in .install, I'd think. Google Groups may be the best way to do this
research if these groups are archived there--don't know that detail.
