My suggestion is to add a fully functional "Terminal" into Windows Vista.
The best examples of what I mean when I say "Terminal" is the terminals that
are present in Linux, UNIX, and Mac OS X.
I am student and software developer. Not having a terminal that functions
with the same features as that present in the operating systems I mentioned
above is frustrating. I love being able to compile multiple languages in a
"True" command line (not DOS-Prompt).
I don't like having to SSH into another computer to compile my programs. If
such a feature was present in Vista Ultimate edition that supported the same
compilers & commands that are present in Unix/Linux/Mac OS X's terminals;
using Vista would provide me with every tool I could ever use. To me, that
would make my life so much easier.
