real problem - after more troubleshooting

what seems to be happening, is that anytime I try and
save a picture, it takes away my ability to have it
attach itself in an email. it's very strange. I just need
to know if this is normal or not. and if it's not...any
suggestions??? and if it is, can someone explain how i
can show my friend my site....without actually publishing
it. and how do I know this wont happen when I publish
it? ...it previews ok...
