Real One Message Center

Can someone please help me get rid of this annoyance? I'd like to keep
Real Player, but I have NO desire to be 'reminded' with the Message
Center pop-up...

I have had Real Player 7 and then 8 on one machine and with Windows XP I
have "Real One".

I think you and several other posters are paranoid regarding "Real One". For
instance the settings in preferences can be marked so that your privacy
isn't invaded.

The message centre can also be set so that you are only pestered once a
month. Hardly a nuisance and especially as you are not paying for the
software you are not in a position to complain !

Its horribly intrusive and configures itself to start with windows each time
you view an *.rm file. At one time I had four references to Real Player
under start up. That by itself is enough to have me trash it. There are many
more reasons that this though.

It added itself to my Control Panel. I bid it adieu, and emailed Real with
my reason.
