When I I receive an message in Outlook that has been forwarded from someone utilizing other mail services/programs like Yahoo or AOL, etc., the message basically comes across as an attachment that has to be opened for each time the message has been forwarded. Is there some type of setting that just shows the thread of e-mails vs this ridiculous process? Thanks in advance.

No. That's the way AOL's mail program works and it cannot be changed
on the receiver's end. Just another reason to avoid AOL.
