Reading Mail from IE

When I select 'read mail' from IE I get an error message saying that File
Hex(2) (with a very long hex string) cannot be found.
Can anyone help.

When selecting that option from the mail icon on IE's toolbar, it will try
and launch your default email program. What is your default email program?
Make sure it is selected under Tools...Internet Options...Programs tab,
Email:

If no joy, and you are using Outlook Express - try this: Go to Start...Run
and type this or cut/past this in exactly -

"c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe" /reg

Click Okay.
