Reading Folder Permissions

I cant believe that I cannot find this however I am looking to be able
to pass a path name...and have a return of the groups and what
permissions they have to that folder.

Is there any simple .net solution for this...I have been looking for
days for some sample code but nothing so far.

What is in "the groups", the population of the world?

No, just specific users. I didnt think it mattered, I thought reading
the permissions an NTFS group has on a folder would have been
simple..but I cant seem to find any samples. What I have found was a
ton of references to COM objects or Active Directory objects etc. The
samples are there to set security but not to read it.
