Hi, this is a two sided question for anybody who can help.
Firstly, we are running a small XP workgroup with several
users and all email is backed up to a folder within each
user's profile. If we then wish to back up each user's
email to cd from a workstation must we:
a. Log on as each user in turn, save the logged on user's
backup folder to a central location, then burn the cd,
presuming that access to data in another user's profile
is not possible, or
b. log on to a workstation as the administrator presuming
this account CAN access all the above.
Secondly, once the email is backed up into a series
of .dbx files, how do we get to read it again. Does it
have to be un-compacted first?
Thanks.
