When an email arrives into the inbox having been composed using our custom
message form, it sports the usual "unread mail" icon as per usual however
after reading the message, it stays with the "unread" icon instead of
changing to a "read" icon. Is this something I just have to live with since
we're using a custom form or can I make it behave like the default Outlook
message form?
