Read/ un Read marks for emails

I have full delegate access to his email and calendar and when I read an
email.. it shows up as read for him and if he reads one it shows up at read
for me... is there a way to make it so If I read one of his emails it does
NOT shows as read for him??

If I knew how to remove the other post (which is in the wrong place) I would
