Read Receipt not getting thru...

We have about 15 different workstations, and I have one that no one gets read
receipts from (Outlook 2003/07 & Exchange 2003). Have not been able to solve.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure the Read Receipts are actually send? As this is a choice by the
recipient, he/she simply could have chosen not to send it.

If this is not the case, which email account type(s) are you using?
Are multiple account configured?

I though that choice applied only to Internet messages, not to Exchnage
messages.
 
True, although there are ways around it.

It is also not uncommon that small networks (such as the OP describes) are
only using Exchange for storage and are using an external POP3 account
configured in Outlook to collect email from. Which is why I asked for
additional account configuration settings.
